A second set of eyes before it ships to you
For higher-value items, buyers can add verification. The seller ships to our verification partner first, and the item is forwarded to you only after it passes.

Where your money is at every step
Common questions
No. Listing is free. A service fee applies only when an item sells or a trade completes, and it’s always shown before you accept a deal.
Members decide. You can propose an even swap or add cash to balance it out, and the other member can accept, decline or counter.
Open a dispute within the 3-day inspection window. Because payment is held until you confirm, we can facilitate a return and refund when an item materially differs from its listing.
